It pays to stay in touch with someone. I just found you all out..... :-) By the way Abigail we met you it's just that you do not remember. Here is my family picture and just in case you do not know who this is. I'm the youngest daughter of Gerald and Normande, Carol with my sons Devin(the big guy) and Daltin.

It is a great idea to all get together again. We seem to all have busy lives and this would be a great opportunity to see everyone again like old times. I have wondered over the years how everyone has been doing. I have 2 daughters oldest Samantha, then almost 2 year old Hannah. My wife is Roxanna. We live in Oregon and have now for 3 years or so.

Cyr Montana?

A few years ago Jen and I took a cross-country road trip and several days into it we drove past this exit on I-90 in western Montana. It only led to a dirt road.

Around the 4th of July

The dates are still undetermined but it would be great to have it around the 4th of July. It could also coincide with the Acadian Festival, so maybe plan on the last week of June into the first week of July.

Feel free to suggest any other dates.

I think this is a great idea, especially since I wasn't able to make my class reunion. I'll be saving my pennies. For the older cousins who I've never met, I'm the daughter of George and Madeleine. I'm 27 yrs old, and I to have lots of fond memories of summer gathers we use to have. Do you guys remember when Scott flipped his four wheeler at the tarzan swing. OUCH!!!! , Anyway I moved to Arizona in 1997 and that is where I also met my wonderful husband Creed. Rebekah Elijah and I lived together until I got married. I got married in 1999 and now I have 3 beautiful daughters. Leah-4 yrs. old, Moriah 2 yrs old, and Hannah 8 months old. As you can see, I'm extremely busy. At the end of July we'll finally be in our new home. We bought a house in December from Beazer Homes. Thanks again Lisa(Christian's wife) for the discount. She works for Beazer=)

Rebekah, Mark & Andrew (son) Snyder

Just a quick update for those cousins that I haven't kept in touch with over the years... I am the oldest daughter of George & Madeleine. I moved to AZ in 1996 where I met my wonderful husband, Mark - we were married in 2001. Mark also comes from a large family of 10 children, and they recently started planning family reunions for every other year. God has blessed us with a beautiful 3 year old son, Andrew who keeps us both extremely busy.

After I moved to AZ, other siblings followed me out here. Abigail, Abraham, Elijah, and Rachel all live in AZ as well. At one point Ruth, Isaac & Christian lived here for a period of time as well. I feel fortunate to have some family around me where Andrew can get to know his cousins and aunts and uncles.

The "Cyr" Reunion idea is great, since there are so many cousins to keep track of, especially now that everyone is growing up, and going their separate ways. It would be interesting to see what we've all been up to as adults. I agree that some of my best moments with the Cyr family is when we used to get together to play volleyball, have potlucks, and just hang out. Defineatly keep us posted as to ideas on where and when to hold the reunion.
